When we are moved at a fundamental level, it can be the beginning of a lasting change - not just within ourselves but within our community. At its best, art and culture can touch us in ways that reach far beyond the moment. Whether we encounter it in the cinema, on a screen, a stage or as a shared experience, it always begins with a creator.

I work with culture creators with original ideas, who aim to make an impact with their work. My focus is to find, develop and strengthen ideas - and help them make their way into the world. This could mean developing work directly with individual artists, or taking a more exploratory role in partnerships between cultural actors and organisations working for change.

I bring 16 years of experience from film and television, having worked as a director, editor, executive producer and head of development – particularly with public service content for DR (Danish Broadcasting Corporation). Collaborations can take the shape of short-term engagements, full-scale projects and ongoing development.
